Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with all your purchases made at Alna textiles  However, if you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help you smooth your returns.

• You may return most new unused items within 15 days of delivery for exchange only.
• If you are not satisfied with the merchandise, please contact us as soon as you receive your package. We will not accept exchanges after 15 days of delivery.
• All items returning must be in its original condition. Any item worn or altered will be refused for exchanges or returns
• Contact email us at alna@alna-textile.com to get a Return Authorization before sending any item back.
